Floor detailing in Sketchup
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer to help me with floor detailing in Sketchup. I use Sketchup Pro 2023, and I have existing geometry that needs to be detailed.
- 1st layer is the generic floor with a specified height (floating floor). It's not in my scope, but the rest of my area work depends on it - then just the correct height will be okay to build the subsequent layers on it. This must be accountable by the work zone. Work zones are separated by profile.
- 2nd layer is levelling material. This must be accountable by work zone, by room, my material qty
- 3rd layer is the glue for the next layer. This must be accountable by work zone, by room, my material qty
-4th layer is the finished material. (Tiles, Vinyl, carpet) This must be accountable by work zone, room, material type and qty
Top of the 0 layer is also slopes and stairs.
The top of the 1st layer is also basements for tables and furniture.
Top of the 2nd layer are also different floor profiles;
Tile skirting profiles, coamings.
Profiles between tiles.
Gutters and drainage drains.

I have three areas to detail. ~1000m2 (6 work zones), ~450m2(4 work zones), ~150m2 (3 work zones). I have details: measurements, photos, drawings and 3D skp models. Just a simple yet detailed, organized floor model is needed.
Output must be well structured with IFC labels and ready to export data to excel and 6D software.
Work has to be delivered by a professional maximum within two days. (With all extensions available, I think it should even take couple of hours)
