3D Floor Renderings Expert Needed

We’re a dynamic and fast-growing creative agency that brings concepts to life through design, branding, and immersive visual experiences. We're currently expanding our design capabilities and looking for a talented 3D Designer who specializes in floor plans and space renderings.
What You’ll Do:
Create high-quality 3D renderings of floor layouts for retail, commercial, and experiential spaces
Collaborate with our creative and project management teams to interpret design briefs
Translate sketches, moodboards, and floor plans into realistic 3D visualizations
Apply textures, lighting, and realistic materials for impactful presentations
Iterate designs based on feedback and deliver optimized files for both web and print
Requirements:
Proven experience with 3D rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar)
Strong eye for spatial design, layout, and detail
Ability to turn rough concepts into polished visualizations
Strong communication and time management skills
Access to a reliable computer and fast internet connection
Portfolio showcasing previous 3D floor renderings or spatial visualization projects
Preferably based in the Philippines
Nice to Have:
Experience with interior or retail design visualization
Knowledge of CAD software
Animation or flythrough capabilities
