2D Floor Plan to 3D Printable Model Conversion - STL/3MF Format

Project Description:
I need a professional to convert my two-story house floor plan (provided in the attached PDFs) into a 3D printable file format (STL or 3MF). This is a straightforward conversion project with no design modifications required. The PDFs show the complete layout for both floors of the house. I'm okay if only the main floor is converted. The second floor is not a requirement.
Key Requirements:
Convert the provided PDF floor plans to 3D printable format (STL or 3MF)
Maintain exact dimensions and layout of original floor plans
Ensure proper alignment between first and second floors
Scale model to fit Bambu Lab P1S printer bed with 1-inch clearance on all sides
Final model must be watertight and properly manifold for successful printing
Required Skills:
Proven experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Blender)
Proven experience with BambuStudio to ensure the file produced can be printed
Track record of creating print-ready STL/3MF files
Understanding of 3D printing requirements and constraints
Attention to detail in maintaining architectural accuracy
Deliverables:
Print-ready STL or 3MF file(s)
Test print screenshot/verification of model integrity
Basic documentation of scale used

$30-$100 (can go up to $250 for exceptional quality/experience)
Payment Terms:
Project will be structured with milestones using Freelancer's payment protection system:

Proof of concept/basic model preview
Final milestone:
Delivery of print-ready files
