Floor Plan Modification

I need an experienced designer to modify existing floor plans for a house. The modifications are required in the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.

Key modifications include:
- Resize rooms
- Change room functions
- Reconfigure walls or partitions

I wish to change the existing upper floor layout to a 3 bedroom including luxe master suite, with open plan living and kitchen.

The laundry has been relocated downstairs so no need to allow for that, and the hallway can be utilised.

I’d like to open up the house, more natural light and a larger entrance.
