3D Floor Plan Model Development

I'm seeking an experienced 3D modeler to redraw my floor plan and create a highly detailed 3D model. The model should incorporate modern textures and finishes.

Requirements:
- Accurate redrawing of existing floor plan
- Creation of 3D model with modern finishes
- High detail, including textures and finishes
- Inclusion of all rooms in floor plan, not just select areas
