3D Floor Plan & Exterior Image Editing

I need a 3D floor sketch for an interior design demonstration.
Please note, I do not have detailed blueprints or plans for reference, so assistance in creating these from scratch may be required.
Also, the project involves exterior picture editing. Specific changes will likely include color adjustments, adding/removing elements and enhancing details.
Ideal candidates for this project should have strong skills in 3D modeling, image editing and ideally, interior design. Experience with creating 3D sketches from basic sketches or from scratch is a plus. Please provide examples of previous similar work in your application.
