Fix my 3d model for printing

Hello,
I have acquired and compiled aerial photos of a landform.
When i slice it for 3d printing, it does not print the top landform topography.
I know there are errors in the mesh, but even after trying to repair, the model does not appear to be processing properly.
See attached file, the n erroneous “sliced” file for the printer.
The printer is a 12” x 12” ToAuto with ABS (or PLA)
