Finish a Bed Model

Hi, I have the attached model already done (bed.rar) and some photos of how it should look. Just the back of the bed is not finished and is where I need your help, I need a very good model.

I think that could be made using ZBrush or 3Ds Max, I just need the model, nothing else.
