3D File Scaling and Editing Needed

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to help scale and edit a .stl file to match another. I'm flexible on the software program that's used, so you can choose the one you're most comfortable with. The changes I require include:

- Scaling the file to a custom scale (exact scale to be provided)
- Reshaping the geometry to ensure it aligns perfectly with the reference file

For this project, some familiarity with 3D modeling software would be highly beneficial. Experience with .stl files and scale editing is a big plus.

I Printed and assembled the following for my Dell Hot Swap Trays and backplane to fit. However I need a fan for cooling

I like the design of this one (attached) with the fan but the trays have too much separation and the backplane doesn't fit. Please adjust spacing between drives to be smaller and match the first one above.
