3D File Preparation for Printing & Casting

I'm looking for a professional with extensive experience in 3D modeling to prepare my file for printing and casting.
Modifications Required:
- Add a 20mm x 0.5mm slit on each side of the ring
- Incorporate 1.22 mm diamond prongs into the design
- Create cutouts for the prongs
Final Deliverable:
The final file needs to be in STL format, ready for gold casting.
