3DM File Modification for Strength

I need a 3DM file modified to enhance its strength and prevent bending during use. The modified file should be delivered in 3DM, DWG, and STL formats. ATTACHED IS A JPEG OF WHAT WE ARE LOOKING TO DO , ONCE WE COME TO AGREEMENT I WILL SEND 3DM FILE
