3D Fashion Designer Partner for Startup

I'm launching a small design studio with a focus on the fashion industry, and I'm looking for a collaborator proficient in 3D modeling for fashion. This studio is based in Italy, but you can be located anywhere. Your job will be to assist with the 3D design of casual wear garments.
Specific Requirements:
- Exceptional skills in 3D modeling for fashion
- Proficiency in Blender
- Experience designing casual wear
- Able to work on prototype development
I will take care of all prototype development costs. Once our prototypes are ready for sale, you will receive a share of the profits. Your input and expertise are crucial in driving the success of our venture.
