Facade Design for Two-Story House
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
I'm constructing a two-story home with a basement in Sydney, and I need a designer to help enhance the exterior aesthetics of the facade with a modern style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with me on improving the facade design of the house
- Work within the existing design structure to provide ideas on how to enhance the exterior aesthetics
- Ensure the design is feasible and complements the existing design
- The design features to be easily maintainable and not require constant upkeep
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in facade design
- Strong portfolio of modern style designs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to deliver innovative design solutions
- If possible, we would like to see previous design that has been completed in Sydney that is at least 5 years old, so we can see how the design has weathered the test of time
