FPS Hand Rigging and Animations

We are working on an open-world survival game, and we need to change the FPS hands of our main character (from male to female). We already have a new updated hand model (rigged).
We already have a few animations done, but we will need more.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rigging, especially for first person hand animations
- Understanding and experience in creating realistic human hands in a 3D environment
- Previous experience in first person hand animation is important
- Attention to detail for realistic hand gestures and movements
- ability to collaborate and communicate effectively for any adjustments needed.
