FBX to STP/IGS Conversion

I need to convert some equipment I have in NWD or FBX format to STP or IGS format, while maintaining the original measurements.
- FBX File Details: I'm not sure if the FBX files are textured or contain materials.
- Measurement Precision: The original measurements do not need to be preserved with high precision; some tolerance is acceptable.
- Purpose: The primary use for the converted STP/IGS files is DEM modeling.
