Extract Printable (.stl) Femoral Head (Femur-Hip joint) from DICOM

I need someone to be able to extract the head of the femur and its union with the clean hip from this DICOM so that I can then print it in 3D so that the surgeon can carry out the operation to cure the disease of a 12-year-old boy.
