Exterior Design Re-imagination – Modern Theme

I'm seeking a seasoned designer to reinterpret the exterior of my residential house. Inspired by a modern theme, I'm open to fresh perspectives on how we might leverage different materials or arrangement in our design. While I don't have specific materials or features in mind, I do believe in working iteratively to find a balance of aesthetic and practicality. As such, I appreciate designers who aren't afraid to experiment and revise. The raw Sketchup files of the current design are ready for editing.
