Exterior Architecture 3D Renderings
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I'm in need of a skilled freelancer who can create exterior 3D renderings for architectural purposes. The development is located at 446 Albert Street, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. It consists of 5 lots, each with 6-floor podiums and 12 towers, varying from 11 to 26 stories. This project consists of a couple of phases, and in the first phase, we will need just one view, which we will share with you when we get your bids. The task is to model landscape according to landscape plans, and details of people and surroundings. Buildings don’t need additional details and modelling. The deadline is Tuesday, July 2nd, at 17:00 Eastern time for the US and Canada. We are looking for realistic and modern 3D rendering of our development, enhancing the design of the buildings.
Key project details:
- The renderings will be used for presentation, so they need to be visually stunning and capable of effectively showcasing the design.
- Mastery in product rendering and understanding of architecture
- Talent for creating high-end aesthetics of landscape and adding details of people and surroundings to emphasize development, while maintaining the core functionality.
- Ability to use modern architectural style aesthetics to enhance the 3D rendering.
- Proficiency in utilizing 3D rendering software and delivering quality visual designs.
- Prior experience with product design, user interface and modern aesthetics will be a plus.
