Exterior Architectural Drawings and Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in need of expert SketchUp Pro specialists who can create detailed, to scale architectural drawings and renderings with emphasis in exteriors, focusing specifically on decks, porches, pergolas, landscape, outdoor kitchens, and patios whom can turn projects quickly. Projects involve:
- Designing Floor Plans (covered deck, porch, pergola), Elevations, and Sections: Your job will encompass creating all these architectural drawings for a 500 - 1000 square feet area.
- Creating Renderings: Your expertise should extend to rendering these drawings in SketchUp to a moderate level of detail, incorporating some textures and finishes from Trex, TimberTech AZEK, and Westbury, but not requiring the highest level of detail including landscaping.
The source files for all your work will need to be provided to me. Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with SketchUp Pro, demonstrating a strong portfolio of similar projects.
- A deep understanding of architectural scale and precision in their work.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to bring to life the architectural drawings in the renderings.
