3D Exterior Architectural Buiding Design + Rendering

We are seeking an individual who specializes in Elevation Design and 3D Rendering for a G+4 Building (Ground + 1st to 4th Floor Building). We have attached a sample for reference, and we expect a similar level of quality in your work.
You will be provided with a 2D Floor Plan, and you will need to use your own creativity and design skills to come up with an innovative Elevation and create the 3D Render.
The deliverables will include Renders created using Lumion, Vray, Blender, Corona, or any other rendering software of your choice.
Please note that we are only considering applicants from India for this project. If you are not from India, please do not apply.
The budget for this project is $28, and we are looking for a long-term relationship with regular monthly projects. The previous freelancer did around 10-12 projects per month.
When submitting your proposal, please include the word "Render" anywhere in your proposal to indicate that you have read and understood the requirements.
