Expert Revit Modeler for Multistory Building
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a qualified and experienced Revit modeler to develop a detailed 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) model for a multi-story building project. The objective is to create an accurate and well-organized Revit model based on provided architectural drawings, structural plans, and relevant specifications.
Scope of Work:
Create a full 3D Revit model (Architecture and Structure) of a multi-story building.
Model to include walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, doors, windows, roofs, and other architectural and structural elements.
Ensure all levels, grids, and sections are appropriately defined.
Maintain BIM standards and clean model organization (families, views, worksets, naming conventions).
Provide native Revit file (.RVT) and exported formats (e.g., IFC, DWG, or NWC) as required.
Coordination for any clarifications or adjustments during the modeling process.
Deliverables:
Revit (.RVT) file with complete 3D model
Associated sheets or views if applicable
Exported formats if requested (IFC/DWG/NWC)
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (preferably 2024)
Demonstrated experience in architectural and/or structural modeling
Attention to detail and adherence to modeling standards
Ability to deliver within agreed deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in architecture or structural engineering
Experience working with international BIM standards (LOD 300 or higher)
