I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to help bring unbuilt properties to life using VR and AR. This is for a real estate visualization platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create immersive 1:1 scale VR/AR property walkthroughs primarily for the Meta Quest VR headset.
- Enable potential buyers to virtually walk through homes before they're built.
- Implement real-time customization features, including furniture placement and more complex elements like appliances and fixtures.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in either Unreal Engine or Unity for creating VR walkthroughs and facilitating real-time interaction.
- 3D modeling skills with experience in architectural visualization software such as Blender, 3ds Max or SketchUp.
- AR development experience using platforms like Apple ARKit, Google ARCore or 8th Wall.
- Cross-platform mobile app development experience, preferably with React Native or Flutter.
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with WebXR.
- Experience with backend services like Firebase, Node.js or AWS.
- Ability to integrate AI for virtual staging or room customization.
- Skills to develop multi-user VR tour experiences.
- Experience creating backend dashboards for developers or real estate agents.
