Experienced BIM Specialist for Warehouse Building Design & Trainer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to assist in the development of our warehouse building project. This project encompasses a significant scope with an estimated area of 9000 sqm and involves multidisciplinary collaboration across architecture, structure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in producing Detailed Engineering Design (DED) drawings with Levels of Development (LOD) ranging from 300 to 400.

Indonesian only! Preferable location: Jakarta.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in BIM modeling for large-scale construction projects, specifically in warehouse building or similar industrial projects.
2. Strong background in multi-disciplinary collaboration, with a solid understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP principles.
3. Proficiency in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
4. Expertise in producing DED drawings with LOD 300 - 400.
5. Familiarity with relevant software and technologies used in BIM modeling and project management. (Autodesk AEC Collection & SAP2000)
6. On-site availability is preferred to facilitate direct oversight, collaboration, and training.
