Experienced 3D Artist for Realistic Commercial Property Rendering

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented 3D artist to create a highly realistic volume rendering of a commercial property. It's a large 380 square meter ground floor space with four large street-facing windows and no dedicated parking.The primary goal of this project is to produce visually stunning and modern images that showcase the property's features to attract potential tenants. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural visualization and the ability to work efficiently to meet a tight deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to understand project requirements and specific details about the property
- Convert provided floor plans into suitable formats for use in 3D modeling software
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models of the property, including both interior and exterior elements
- Apply appropriate materials and textures to achieve a realistic and modern look
- Set up professional lighting to ensure proper illumination and create a visually appealing atmosphere
- Position cameras strategically to capture the most attractive views of the property
- Optimize render settings to achieve a high level of detail and realism while minimizing render times
- Produce final rendered images and perform post-processing as needed to enhance the visuals
- Communicate effectively with the client to provide updates and address any changes or feedback
Requirements:
- Proven experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing realistic commercial property renderings
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp
- Knowledge of materials, textures, and lighting techniques for achieving realistic and modern renderings
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients and incorporating feedback
- Familiarity with post-processing techniques and image editing software, such as Photoshop or GIMP
