Exhibition Booth Expansion (20x20 ft to 20x30 ft) – 3 Layout Concepts
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
## Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced exhibition booth designer to expand our existing trade show booth from **20 ft x 20 ft** to **20 ft x 30 ft**.
This is **not** a complete redesign. We already have a booth that reflects our brand, and we want to preserve its overall style and identity. The goal is to intelligently adapt the existing design to the larger footprint while improving functionality and visitor flow.
The selected freelancer will receive the original **3ds Max (.max)** file along with a PDF showing the current booth.
## Project Objectives
The booth currently features our main Tire Base presentation area. We want to expand it by creating dedicated spaces for product demonstrations while keeping the existing booth as the central focus.
The new layout should include demonstration areas for:
* POS (Point of Sale)
* WMS (Warehouse Management System)
* Accounting
* Suppliers
The additional space should be used efficiently by incorporating demonstration stations, meeting tables, and a logical visitor flow.
## What We Need
Please create **3 different layout concepts** based on the existing booth.
Each proposal should present a different way to organize the new 20x30 ft space while maintaining the current design language.
We value creativity, functionality, and an attractive exhibition experience.
## Files Provided
* Original 3ds Max (.max) file
* PDF of the current booth
* Company branding and logos (if needed)
## Deliverables
The final deliverables must include:
* Editable **3ds Max (.max)** source file.
* Editable **Adobe Illustrator (.ai)** files for any new graphics or signage created.
* **PDF** presentation showing the three proposed concepts with renders and layouts.
All files must remain fully editable.
## Requirements
* Experience designing exhibition booths or trade show displays.
* Strong 3D visualization skills.
* Experience with 3ds Max.
* Ability to adapt an existing design instead of creating a completely new concept.
* Good communication and attention to detail.
Please include examples of previous booth or exhibition projects in your proposal.
**Fixed Budget:** $50 USD
This project is intended as the first phase. If we are satisfied with the results, there may be additional paid work for refinements and future exhibition booth designs.
