Engineering a kitchen island’s

Hi I am looking for someone with experience engineering projects. The design is simple, attached is a 2d drawing. I need it 3D modeled with the real materials considered. I need this person to design the mount that will hold the table top and it must be tested to pass having a lot of force down at the fair side. I must see the test result showing this design will have the proper reinforcement to be safe. All details must be considered down too how it will be secured to the floor.
