We are seeking an experienced 3D CAD/CAM expert to create engineering-ready 3D models along with high-quality animations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in industrial and mechanical design, with the ability to deliver precise and functional models that meet engineering standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop detailed 3D models suitable for manufacturing and engineering purposes.
Create CAD/CAM models that align with specific project requirements, including dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
Provide animations showcasing functionality, assembly, or other dynamic features of the models.
Collaborate on revisions based on feedback to ensure all deliverables meet project expectations.
Deliver final models in the required file formats (e.g., STEP, IGES, STL, etc.) along with animation files.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CAD/CAM design and 3D modeling for engineering applications.
Proficiency in tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, or similar software.
Strong portfolio demonstrating engineering-ready models and animations.
Attention to detail and a solid understanding of mechanical principles.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle iterative feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) or simulations is a plus.
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.
Ability to provide photorealistic renders for presentation purposes.
