We are seeking a skilled professional to convert our existing 2D AutoCAD blueprints of engineering systems – including HVAC, electricity, plumbing, and more – into Building Information Modeling (BIM). The goal is to integrate these specific engineering designs into a comprehensive BIM workflow for enhanced visualization, coordination, and analysis.

Tasks Include:
1. Review and understand the provided 2D AutoCAD blueprints, focusing on HVAC, electricity, and other related systems.
2. Convert these 2D engineering systems designs into a 3D BIM model using software tools such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent.
3. Ensure the integrity, precision, and accuracy of the converted BIM models specific to the engineering systems.
4. Collaborate with our engineering team to clarify any design details or discrepancies specific to HVAC, electricity, and other systems.
5. Deliver the finalized BIM files in the required format, ensuring all engineering systems are well-represented and integrated.

Requirements:
- Proven experience with BIM software, specifically in modeling engineering systems like HVAC and electricity (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Graphisoft ArchiCAD).
- Deep understanding of engineering principles and 2D AutoCAD drawings related to HVAC, electrical systems, and more.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially concerning the intricacies of engineering systems.
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Portfolio that demonstrates prior experience in converting 2D designs of engineering systems to BIM.
