Engineered Restroom Foundation & Handrail

Job ID: 40537170

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m adding two pre-fabricated Cheryl Industries portable restrooms to my golf facility in Brunswick County, North Carolina, and the building department will only sign off once they see sealed drawings that prove the units can handle our 150 mph wind zone.

Here’s exactly what I need from you:
• A North Carolina–licensed PE stamp on a concrete-slab foundation plan. I already have a preliminary layout; you’ll fine-tune the dimensions, anchor schedule, and reinforcement so the slab and tie-downs satisfy the latest Brunswick County wind-load requirements.
• A matching sealed detail for the restroom structures themselves that shows how each unit is secured to the slab.
• A sealed metal handrail is not connected to the restroom facilities, but is a separate item with post spacing, connection hardware, and footing details.

All drawings must be submitted in PDF (for the permit set) and CAD (DWG or DXF) so I can archive the files. Once the county reviewer okays the first round, I’ll send any comments straight back for revisions; quick turnaround there is important.

If you have experience getting small commercial projects through North Carolina coastal jurisdictions, mention it when you bid—those local nuances save us both time.
