Engineer with Experience in Multi-Layer PCB Design, Firmware, and 3D Modeling Needed

I'm looking for an experienced engineer (electronic engineering) to improve a current device. The deadline for this project is 6 weeks. This project requires experience in multi-layer PCB design, firmware, and 3D modeling. I have already designed the schematic for the PCB, but improvements and optimization must be done to make a smaller PCB. The firmware needed for the project has basic functionality only. The ideal candidate should have experience working with headphones, earbuds, and biometric sensors. The project involves the improvement of a current PCB board, 3D Model, schematic, and firmware. Many aspects of the project have already been developed in a larger-scale circuit model, and we now need to create a smaller prototype device.
Key Requirements:
Experience in electrical and product engineering
Experience with headphones, earbuds, and biometric sensors
Experience with PCBs and intermediate coding
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
The engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:
Building and testing the prototype device
Improving a current multilayer PCB to be working, while being smaller and more affordable to assemble
Connecting the device wirelessly to a mobile or computer device to transmit data
Troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed
The deadline for this project is six weeks from the date of hiring, so the engineer must be able to work efficiently and effectively to meet this deadline. NDAs must be signed.
