Engineer Required to Design and Build a Functional Dishwasher Prototype
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced mechanical/product engineer or development team to design, manufacture, and deliver a fully functional dishwasher prototype. This is a real product development project, and I require a physical working prototype rather than only CAD models or concept designs.
The objective is to create an innovative dishwasher solution with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, manufacturability, and future commercialization.
Scope of Work:
Develop the complete mechanical, electrical, and functional design.
Create 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and documentation.
Design and integrate the washing chamber, water circulation system, filtration system, pumps, heating elements, and control electronics.
Source or recommend suitable components and materials.
Fabricate, assemble, and test a working prototype.
Conduct functional testing and implement necessary improvements.
Provide all design files, BOMs, and prototype documentation.
Deliverables:
A fully assembled and operational dishwasher prototype.
Complete CAD files and manufacturing drawings.
Bill of Materials (BOM).
Electrical schematics and control system documentation.
Assembly and maintenance instructions.
Test reports and recommendations for future production.
