Energy Modeling (EnergyPlus and OpenStudio) for 140-unit Building

We are seeking an experienced energy modeler proficient in both EnergyPlus and OpenStudio to create comprehensive models for a 140-unit residential building. This project includes constructing a detailed current building model and an adjusted scenario incorporating proposed changes. Deliverables include energy performance simulations, improvement analyses, and detailed reports as required. We require completion within one week.
