A-Z 3D Embroidery Digitization

I'm looking for a digitization expert who can convert A-Z into a 3D puff flat embroidery, including brackets ( ), for use on medium-sized (3-6 inches) accessories like hats and bags. The technique should be a combination of both puff and flat embroidery.
