3D Elevation Design for Residential House

There is a CAD plan for a two Storey building. I need 3d elevation for the plan that has to be designed in such a way that there are two views of the same elevation. Ground floor (which is going to be constructed first) must look finished in one view. The other view should be presented with both storey (first floor will be constructed later in future).
Send the draft views for approval before final renderings. final rendering must be rendered at 3600 resolution (printable).
