Electronics Enclosure Design for a Sensor
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I am looking for a talented freelance Electronics Enclosure Designer to help me customize an existing design to accommodate a new sensor in our existing products. This project is for an existing business and requires precision in order to fit the components accurately.
The enclosure size needs to be approximately 60 x 60 x 25 (mm), with an allowance for the included PCB and batteries. We already have an established design that needs to be modified to fit the new sensor, so experience with modifying current designs is preferred. This includes specific materials and design aesthetics that are important to maintain within the updated design. The existing 3D model is available and we want to retain the front-to-back connection functionality (screwless). The back of the unit will house the batteries and we would want suggestions on how this could be supported.
The design will be used to create the tools for a 3D injection molding. Knowledge of this process will be useful.
We are seeking out a highly experienced designer who is up to the challenge of taking our existing designs and customizing them for a new sensor. If you are capable of precision and customization within tight deadlines, then I would love to hear from you.
