We are seeking an experienced and skilled 3D modeler to create a detailed representation and walkthrough of the electro-mechanical works inside a villa. The purpose of this project is to visualize and analyze the positioning and heights of various elements, such as handing ducts, water supply pipes, drainage systems, cable trays, and other relevant components. The primary goal is to identify and prevent any potential clashes or conflicts between these elements, ensuring a smooth and optimized construction process.

The villa is measured at approximately 750 square meters


Responsibilities:

- Create a highly accurate and detailed 3D model of the villa's interior, focusing on the electro-mechanical works.

- Incorporate all relevant elements, including handing ducts, water supply pipes, drainage systems, cable trays, and other components, accurately representing their dimensions and positions.

- Conduct a thorough analysis of the 3D model to identify potential clashes or conflicts between different elements.

- Propose necessary adjustments or modifications to resolve clashes and ensure optimal positioning and heights of all elements.

- Generate a realistic walkthrough of the villa's interior, allowing stakeholders to visualize the electro-mechanical works in a virtual environment.


Requirements:

- Proven experience in 3D modeling and visualization, preferably in the field of electro-mechanical works or construction.

- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately represent real-world dimensions and positions in the 3D model.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify clashes and propose effective solutions.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team and incorporate feedback into the 3D model.

- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.


Deliverables:

- Detailed 3D model of the villa's interior, including all relevant electro-mechanical elements.

- Report highlighting clashes or conflicts between elements and proposed adjustments.

- Realistic walkthrough video or interactive presentation showcasing the electro-mechanical works.
