I need a Windows-ready interactive 3D sandbox where a user can build an electrical network exactly as they would in the Construction panel of Factory.IO, but without any of the operational logic behind the parts. The only goal is to let the user open the program, browse an inventory of components, and place, rotate, scale, or snap them on a grid until the layout feels right.

All the parts you will see in the inventory are already modeled in SolidWorks; I will export them for you as FBX so you can drop them straight into the engine. There is no need to code current flow, signal behaviour, or complex physics—just solid, tactile “hands-on” manipulation of meshes with basic collision so pieces cannot overlap.

Core interactions required:
• Drag and drop from an inventory panel to the scene.
• Free or axis-constrained rotation and uniform scaling, triggered by hotkeys or on-screen gizmos.
• Grid-based snapping so alignments look clean and consistent.

The final build must run smoothly on current Windows desktops in a single-player offline environment. Whether you prefer Unity, Unreal Engine, or another toolset, keep the project structure clean so new FBX parts can be added later without touching code.

Deliverables:
1. Executable installer or portable build for Windows.
2. Project source with clear folder structure, scripted interaction modules, and instructions for importing additional FBX files.
3. Short video or GIF walkthrough proving drag-and-drop, rotate/scale, and grid-snap all working with at least five of the provided components.

Acceptance criteria: the user can assemble a small test layout in under five minutes with zero crashes, object overlap is prevented, and each component remains selectable and editable after placement.
