Edit a video with 3D compositing and VFX, if possible in blender.

I am looking for someone to help me edit a video with 3D compositing and VFX. I have a clear concept in mind for the video and would like it to be no longer than 30 seconds. I expect the video to include moderate complexity in terms of VFX. If possible, I want the project to be completed in blender.
