Edit 3D Model File for 3D Printing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a set of files of a castle in multiple formats (blender, 3ds, c4d, fbx, mb, obj, scanline max, vray max). I would like to 3D print this object. The OBJ file is in pretty good condition and I can easily slice it in Cura and 3d print it. But the surface of the object needs to be cleaned up. The round areas are not round they are octagonal on the OBJ. The surface of the castle is flat on the OBJ but needs to have brick outlines and shingle roof.
I'll also need the model cut up into many sections as I plan to 3D print it very large - section by section.
The color image shows a full render with the castle peaks being perfectly round. And, with brick imprints and tiled roof. The 3D print (taken directly from the OBJ file) loses all the details.
