Edit Blend File for Chandelier

I'm looking for a skilled Blender professional to edit a .blend file of a suspended chandelier made of crystals. The task includes modifying the angle of the crystals, determining the size of all crystal beads, and creating a drawing/map of the hole points of the beads.
Specific Tasks:
- Uniformly decrease/increase the angle of the crystals by a certain degree.
- Provide size information of all crystal beads in a spreadsheet.
- Create a drawing/map of the hole points of the beads in an image file (JPEG/PNG).
