ETABS House Model Creation

I need a simple house model created in ETABS urgently. The house consists of a ground floor and two upper floors. I will provide material specifications and drawings.

Requirements:
- Roof modeled as flat (not as shown in drawings)
- Partition walls should NOT be modeled
- Include foundation details (type to be provided)
- Incorporate basic loading conditions from code

Deliverables:
- ETABS model
- Brief explanation of steps taken to define columns, walls, and slab
