3D Drone Propeller Modelling for Simulation using given xyz mesh coordinates of a blade

Job ID: 38529477

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

This is a Study Project and Budget is approx INR 3000/-

Below is the description

Provided is the one blade of 110 mm size. This size is the perpendicular distance of the tip of the blade from the hub and not the actual length of the blade. This blade is defined using 3D co-ordinates points (x, y, z). Such 12 blades needs to be attached to a hub. Radius of the Hub should be 15 to 20 mm. Hub should be along z -axis and forward end of the hub should be in the direction of positive z axis. X Y Z co-ordinates of the blade surface are defines accordingly. The blade in the 3D model should be solid and not hallow.
This setup should be placed centrally inside a ring with internal diameter 200mm thickness 1.5 to 2 mm and height 20mm. The portions of the blade which remains outside of the ring should be discarded and ring should be attached to each propeller blade at the remaining tip end. This will form a propeller.
Such 4 propellers should be attached to a quadcopter drone frame. Drone frame should have propeller mounting points at 4 corners of a square of 600mm side size. Each propeller mounting place should have a motor of diameter size 30mm and height 50mm and suitable shaft size.
Frame of the drone should have vertical arms sides and not horizontal arm side to minimize the resistance to the lift. Vertical height of the drone arm should range between 15mm to 20mm and horizontal width of the drone arm should be 2mm to 3mm.

This will be used for CFD simulation further.

Pl let me know if you can do it, so that I will provide the xyz co-ordinate file for a propeller blade.
