I'm looking for a skilled designer with a strong background in aerodynamics and experience with CAD software, specifically AutoCAD. The purpose of this project is to improve the aerodynamic efficiency of my 3D UAV propeller designs, with a particular focus on enhancing the lift-to-drag ratio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the existing propeller design and its aerodynamic characteristics
- Propose and implement design modifications
- Correct the measurements of the axial offset in the designs
- Provide a design that's ready for 3D printing
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong background in aerodynamics
- Experience in drone or UAV design
- CAD modelling and 3D printing knowledge
I do have reference designs available for this propeller, which will be shared upon project commencement. The goal is to create a propeller design that significantly improves the lift-to-drag ratio without compromising structural strength or causing undue weight increase.
