Draw plans in Sketchup and Archicad for a small apartment
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Our goal is to prepare a foundation in Sketchup and Archicad, so that we can in the next stage get ideas for solutions. We need plans for existing and future (desired) state both in Sketchup and Archicad.
We managed to put a downpayment down on our first home :D. It's a small part of a house. It's built on top of garages and it currently has only one large space and a balcony. The attached photos and video explain it thouroughly. We want to literally raise the roof to gain an extra floor. and we would like to add a balcony facing the garden. It would be on the first floor and would measure the width of the house and should not have more than 25 square meters.
We need two plans, both in Sketchup and Archicad: one for the current status and one for the desired status (raised roof).
