Draw floor plan for office to scale and then 3d model it to assist a fitout and styling for me

I have rough measurements for my current office. I need you to draw a floor plan for me, then model it in sketchup or other 3d modelling softwares. I need to work out if I can fit 8 staff in the front of house, then what I can do in the rear section (store room and boardroom). You will need to model it in 3d after we work through the floor plan. This task will require back and forth with me to get right. You need to show the doors and windows throughout as well.
