Draw Existing House in CAD & Create 3D Walkthrough, including colours & floor coverings.
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am looking for a skilled CAD designer who can draw my existing large house and create a 3D walkthrough with animation. The ideal freelancer will have experience in CAD design and 3D modeling.
House is 2 levels, 400square metres combined and will need to be drawn with orientation on the block/land of 811sqm.
I have the original builders drawings, including elevations scanned in to use.
I have marked up the drawings with renovations completed to date.
Needing the electronic drawings and 3D visualizations to help with renovation and colour choices.
Size of the existing house: Large (4300 Square Feet approx)
Required to send examples/porfolio of existing works you have completed.
3D walkthrough format: Animation
Floor covering and colours: Exact replication
Skills and experience required:
- Proficiency in CAD design and 3D modeling
- Ability to create realistic animations
- Attention to detail to accurately replicate floor coverings and colours.
