Dracula Plaque

I am looking for a professional freelancer to create a Dracula Plaque for me. The material I prefer for this project is 3d sla printed and then casted from the print. It should be 16" wide x 10 inches tall x 5 - 6" deep. I have specific design elements in mind as I am attaching pictures which I need replicated to be able to be printed. The freelancer should have experience in 3D printing, modelling, sculpting, casting and any other related skill to this project.
