I'm seeking an experienced 3D designer proficient in Sketch Up. I will provide the first floor plan of a double story house, and together we will build a step-by-step 3D model. The model should include modern materials like glass, natural stone, and timber, as it will eventually be rendered.
Key Areas of Focus:
- The living room and kitchen will need the most detail in the 3D model.
- Other areas will not require the same level of detail.
Level of Detail:
- For the living room and kitchen, I expect the model to encompass the basic structure and layout.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Sketch Up is non-negotiable.
- Previous experience with 3D modeling of residential properties is a plus.
- Understanding of modern materials and their application in 3D modeling.
- Ability to follow step-by-step guidance and incorporate feedback.
