Dirt Work Design for 3,000 sq ft Agricultural Building - 28/07/2024 14:17 EDT

I'm in need of a dirt work design and elevation for a pad site to accommodate a 3,000 sq ft agricultural storage building, as well as 50 linear feet of additional space for shipping containers. This pad will be on a hilly terrain and will serve as an earth pad where a concrete slab will be laid for construction.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in site design on hilly terrain
- Experience in designing pads for agricultural storage
- Water run off is an issue as the terrain is sloping towards the building but continues down hill
- Native Soil is sandy
- Familiarity with shipping container pad site requirements
- Knowledgeable in earth pad construction
- Understanding of dirt work design and elevation

Please note that I do not require stamped drawings or engineering for this project as it is located in a rural setting.
