Dialux 3D Residential Model Creation
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a full set of architectural plans for a private residence—every room inside plus the surrounding outdoor areas—and I need a clean Dialux-ready 3D model built from them. My goal is simply to drop the luminaires in afterwards, so what I’m after is the building envelope with floors, ceilings, internal walls, windows, doors and a sensible layer of generic furniture and fixtures that allows me to run accurate lighting calculations. No photorealistic textures or decorative detailing are required; basic geometry that aligns precisely with the drawings is perfect.
I will forward PDFs/DWG files as soon as we begin. You can work in DIALux evo (or classic, if you prefer) as long as the finished project opens without issues on the latest evo version. When you hand it back I expect:
• the .evo project file (or equivalent) with the full house interior and exterior modeled
• layers clearly named so I can toggle furniture or facade elements on and off
• dimensions that match the supplied plans within typical CAD tolerance
If anything is unclear in the drawings I’m available to answer questions quickly. Let me know your estimated turnaround and any file format you might also need from my side.
